A teenage boy has been hospitalised following a violent home invasion in Sydney’s southwest.
Police were called to a home on Edinburgh Crescent in St Andrews shortly before 12.30am on Monday following reports of a break-in.
Officers were told a group of people had entered the home and assaulted a 17-year-old boy inside.
The teen was treated at the scene by paramedics for facial injuries before being taken to Campbelltown Hospital in a stable condition.
Four teenage boys — aged 14, 16, 17 and 18 — were arrested at the scene and taken to Campbelltown Police Station.
No charges have been laid, with inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident ongoing.
