Evil child predator Frank Valentine dies behind bars during 20 year jail sentence

The former boss of a notorious Sydney training school who sexually assaulted several vulnerable victim has died behind bars.
The most evil child predator on the state’s payroll, Frank Valentine, died yesterday, after he was transferred from prison to Westmead Hospital for end of life care.
In a statement, Corrective Services NSW confirmed the 83-year-old’s death.
“The man was receiving end-of-life care and was pronounced deceased at approximately 4:00pm,” the spokesman said.
“As a matter of protocol, Corrective Services NSW and NSW Police investigate all deaths in custody regardless of the circumstances.”
In 2019, Valentine was found guilty of 21 counts of rape, buggery, assault and indecent assault against six teenage girls and one 14-year-old boy.
He was the boss of Parramatta Girls Training School, and used his position to prey on several victims in the 1970s. Two of his victims were pregnant teenagers sent to the western Sydney institution by children’s courts. One of them was raped in the institution’s “dungeon”.
He was sentenced to an aggregate term of 22 years in prison with a non-parole period of 13 years.
However, the Criminal Court of Appeal resentenced to 20 years in prison with a non-parole period of 12 years.
Valentine denied the allegations in showed no remorse. He quit the public service in 1987 and had been living in an oceanfront apartment at Redcliffe in Queensland when he was charged in 2016.
Valentine spent his five years in custody at the Metropolitan Reception and Remand Centre at Silverwater and Long Bay’s prison hospital prior to his death.
