Two men are on the run after three others were allegedly attacked on a footpath and stabbed in the state’s central west.
The incident unfolded in Dubbo just after 3am on Saturday, when NSW Police said officers found a 21-year-old man with stab wounds to his head, back and lower body.
Two others, both aged 29, had suffered stab wounds to their upper body.
All three were taken from the scene on Talbragar St to Dubbo Base Hospital in a stable condition.
Police said at least three men involved in the incident were believed to be known to each other, but they did not elaborate on the nature of the relationship.
Officers have established a crime scene amid an ongoing investigation.
