TRAFALGAR is introducing 20 new Be My Guest experiences in which guests get to dine in homes with locals to its 2014 Europe program. They include the chance to eat with the Meillan-Pages family at a rustic farmhouse in Luberon National Park in Provence, southern France and wander their wine cellar and vines on the 11-day Paris and Provence itinerary.

Guests on the Best of Ireland itinerary can help forage for seaweed, kelp and Irish moss before sitting down for a hearty Irish lunch with two local women whose motto is "Grow, find, cook, eat" and visit a working farm in the village Hesket Newmarket in the Lake District on the Britain and Ireland Panorama.

Guests can take a walk along the stream on the property, hear the moo of Highland cattle and may get to see lambs being born.
