ADVENTURE travel company World Expeditions has launched a new charity division for travellers who want to fundraise.

ADVENTURE travel company World Expeditions has launched a charity division for people who want to fundraise through travel.

Participants in the Huma Charity Challenge can choose from trips including climbingsummiting Africa's highest peak, Mt Kilimanjaro, trekking to Everest Base Camp or hiking the Inca Trail in Peru.

They can choose to join an existing Charity Challenge arranged in partnership with a charity or an Open Challenge from any of the company's 900 trips worldwide and fundraise for their chosen charity.

Charities participating in the program won't be charged administration fees.

World Expeditions CEO Sue Badyari said there has been strong growth in demand from travellers looking to use their travel to benefit charities.
