De Belin, 30, along with his co-accused Callan Sinclair, 24 are facing retrial for the alleged rape of teenage girl after a Christmas pub crawl through Wollongong is 2018. The pair are to answer five seperate charges of aggravated sexual assault - both have previously pleaded not guilty.   An initial trial was held in Wollongong during late 2020 however the jury was discharged after they were unable to reach a verdict.  The current retrial was heard over a three week period and the jury is now into the sixth day of deliberation.    These pictures show Jack de Belin and  Callan Sinclair attending the Downing Centre precinct on Monday morning awaiting the jury’s decision.

De Belin not guilty on one charge

The jury in Jack de Belin’s trial has found him and his co-accused not guilty on one count, but was unable to reach a verdict on the remaining charges.
