GOLFER Tiger Woods has checked into a Mississippi clinic well known for treatment of sexual disorders.

The Mississippi NBC station reports that Woods has checked into the Pine Grove Behavioral Health and Addiction Services facility in Hattiesburg, Miss. Pine Grove is said to be one of the top three sex rehab centers in the country, and Dr. Patrick Carnes of its staff is nationally known for treatment of sexual addiction.

Officials at the clinic contacted by the station would not confirm the report.

Woods has been linked to a string of extra-marital affairs and is now separated from his wife, Elin Nordegren. The couple have two children and Woods has stepped back from the game as his reputation rests at rock bottom.
