Crocnapping: Where are Snap and Crackle?

TWO crocodiles have been stolen from a mobile zoo in Sydney’s south west.

Workers noticed Snap and Crackle were missing from their enclosure on George Crescent at Sandy Point around 5:30pm on Friday afternoon. A NSW Police spokesperson said it was unknown if the reptiles were of the saltwater or freshwater variety.

The crocodiles are described as being approximately 80-100 centimetres long. Their ages are not known.

There are concerns for the welfare of the crocodiles and anyone who comes into contact with them.

Police said there were no signs of forced entry.

Anyone with information should phone Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
