Scott made her debut at the last Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia, where she finished ninth. It was a heartbreaking result as Scott had been relegated to ninth on a countback, just missing the eight-woman final by one spot.

BEST RESULTS
Scott won a bronze medal at the 2013 world championships in Voss, Norway, and then went one better with her silver medal at the 2017 world championships in Sierra Nevada.
Another top result was her win in a World Cup in Russa in 2015.
HISTORY
The 27-year-old started her athletic life as a gymnast before swapping over the skiing. The flip side to her career in the snow is her love of surfing.

BACKGROUND
Unlike some of her teammates who have been skiing since they were toddlers, Scot has only been in the sport for around 10 years. She was a gymnast first and has also contested numerous other sports including athletics, aerobics and football.
