Star jockey Mark Zahra has ridden 10 placegetters since Caulfield Guineas Day, including three winners.
Sydney-based hoop Blake Shinn has been in unbelievable touch lately, booting home four winners at Moonee Valley on Cox Plate Day and sticks with Humidor for Tuesday’s race that stops a nation.
Veteran Stephen Baster’s association with the “First Lady of Racing” Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott has garnered five winners in recent weeks.

But champion jockeys Hugh Bowman and Kerrin McEvoy could be the movers and shakers at Flemington this week following a stack of minor placings.
McEvoy looks set for a big day riding two of the first three favourites at Flemington and fancied Red Cardinal in the Cup.
Melbourne Cup-winning trainers Darren Weir and Team Hayes-Dabernig hold a commanding lead over Sydney raiders Chris Waller, James Cummings and Gai Waterhouse.
But Aaron Purcell, who has taken over from suspended trainer Ciaron Maher, boasts a healthy strike rate along with emerging Victorian-based Kiwis Trent Busuttin and Natalie Young.
