Not all Sydney Roosters stars have been enjoying the glamour of Hollywood.
The club’s younger second-tier players are only just recovering from a most brutal exercise camp in Queenstown in New Zealand.

They had to wade and swim in water at a temperature of 8 degrees. (An ice bath is 10 to 12 degrees.)

Even the coaching staff, Trent Robinson, Craig Fitzgibbon, Matt King, Travis Touma and Nathan Cayless, took part.
The camp focus is all about hard work, leadership, team building and resilience.
This is the fourth straight year the back-to-back premiers have taken a group of players to Queenstown for the pre-season.
