THERE are changes coming to NRL SuperCoach 2018 and this is your chance to have your voice heard.

The team here at SuperCoach HQ are looking at the possible addition of new scoring categories.

Check out the potential new categories below, what they mean, and vote for the one you like best.

The view of SuperCoach players will be taken into account when potential changes are made ahead of the new season.

POSSIBLE SCORING CATEGORIES

Kick that goes dead — Lose points: Any kick that goes dead/touch in goal without being touched by another player. The erroneous kick must lead to a 20m tap and seven-tackle set for the opposing side.

Stolen 1 on 1 — Gain points: Player steals the ball and gains possession for his team. This would only be awarded if it does not result in an error for stealing player.

Hold attacking player up in goal — Gain points: A defensive player who holds the attacking player up in goal. Any player who has done enough to warrant a tackle stat would also be given a held up stat.

Intercept Taken — Gain Points: Player who takes an intercept. Would only be given if a player takes the ball cleanly and his team ends up with possession. A player will not be awarded an intercept if it results in a six-again for the other team.

One-on-one tackle — Gain points: Awarded to a player who makes a one-on-one tackle. Not awarded where a player just dives onto the ball and the defender puts his hands on him while on the ground.
