If only life at the Cronulla Sharks was actually this rosy.
But even with an ASADA drugs investigation hanging over the club, sometimes life just needs to be celebrated.
The Sharks’ youngest fan, three-week old Rocco Heighington, helped his old man Chris and NRL funnyman Beau Ryan celebrate the Sharks’ 30-20 win over the Raiders yesterday. Ryan says he might even be related to Rocco one day.
“My daughter Remi is five months old – I reckon they might become an item,’’ he said.
With the Sharks donning pink jumpers for the Women in League round, Heighington proudly showed off his newborn son, the first child for he and partner Sonya.
