THINGS got a little heated on NRL360 last night as the panel dissected yesterday’s Jason Taylor bombshell.

The Wests Tigers coach was sacked following his side’s 46-6 loss to the Raiders on Sunday.

Paul Kent and Ben Ikin were joined on NRL360 by the Daily Telegraph’s Phil Rothfield and Balmain legend Ben Elias before the two guests lashed out at each other over the situation at Leichhardt.

Elias was comparing the big four players from the Melbourne Storm to the Tigers big four when Rothfield took him to task.

“That’s an insult to those Melbourne Storm guys... to compare them (Tigers halves) in the same breath to someone like Cooper Cronk,” Rothfield said.
