NRLW draw 2022: Sunday night football and triple-header final round highlight season schedule

The NRLW will enter prime time this season while the regular season will finish with a triple-header on the Central Coast in an exciting new schedule for the game. Check out the full draw.

The NRLW 2022 draw will include prime time Sunday night football and a stand-alone triple-header in the final round heading into the finals series.

The league on Friday released this year’s schedule for the six-team competition, which will kick-off with the defending premiers Sydney Roosters meeting Parramatta on August 20.

The three-match rounds will involve one game early on Saturday afternoon, a second early on Sunday, as well as a 6pm contest squeezed around the men’s fixtures.

The anticipated grand final rematch between the Roosters and St George Illawarra will be played in round 3 on September 4 at Leichhardt Oval.

However, one grudge match to keep an eye on will be when Brisbane travel to Newcastle in round one, when they will face off against former Broncos stars Millie Boyle and Tamika Upton.

The date, time and location for all three round-four matches is still to be decided, depending on the match-ups in the men’s finals that corresponding weekend.

The season will finish with a triple-header on the Central Coast.

Every game will be broadcast on Fox Sports, including four exclusively, while there will be at least one game a week on free-to-air.
