NRL wedding: Millie Boyle and Adam Elliott celebrate with a splash

Rugby league power couple Adam Elliott and Millie Boyle celebrated their nuptials with a dip in the ocean cheered on by a host of NRL stars. WATCH HERE

Adam Elliott and Millie Boyle made quite the splash at their wedding.

Newlyweds Adam Elliott and Millie Boyle celebrated the rugby league wedding of the year with a splash – literally.

The rugby league power couple tied the knot on Friday afternoon and shortly after the formal duties concluded they jumped off a pier into the ocean fully clothed – Boyle in her white gown and Elliott in a long sleeve white shirt and black suit pants.

The happy couple then dressed and were seen smiling and laughing on a packed dancefloor at the Shoal Bay Country Club.

A host of rugby league stars across the NRL and NRLW attended including Kalyn Ponga, Jessica Sergis, Bradman Best, Mat Croker, Jacob and Daniel Saifti, and Dylan Napa.

“We’re both the cruisiest people to organise a wedding,” Elliott said recently.

“We speak to some of our friends and how organised they were and they think we are taking the piss out of them when we say how last-minute we have left some stuff.

“We have some really good friends and family around us.”

Boyle is an NRLW star who played with the Roosters this year while Elliott enjoyed a strong first season with the Knights after a long-term stint at Canterbury followed by 12 months at the Raiders last season.

They were engaged last season. The pair grew up together on the far south coast. Boyle grew up in Bega and Elliott was from Tathra but we they went to the same high school.

They started dating in 2021.
