With State of Origin winding up, NRL clubs have two months to either make or break their seasons.

In a jam-packed ladder, only two points separate Canterbury in fifth through to St George Illawarra at 10th which sets up a grandstand finish across the last nine rounds.

The return of halfbacks Nathan Cleary, Jamal Fogarty and Adam Reynolds over the coming weeks could turn fortunes on their heads, while the loss of Latrell Mitchell at Souths and upcoming byes will all have an impact on the finish.
