It’s official. The NRL’s most powerful player agent, Isaac Moses, is back in the big league.
It can be revealed Moses’ long stint in NRL exile is over with the controversial manager getting the green light to return to the industry to represent rugby league biggest’s stars.
News Corp has obtained a leaked email from NRL Agent Accreditation boss Paul Massey, who confirmed the immediate return of powerhouse agent Moses and fellow long-serving manager Gavin Orr.
Moses and Orr have had their suspensions lifted after successfully pleading their cases to an NRL accreditation panel on Tuesday night.
“Please see attached the list of currently Accredited Player Agents,” Massey said in part in an email issued to all NRL CEOs and recruitment staff.

“The list contains the details of both Gavin Orr and Isaac Moses who were last night (Tuesday night) re-accredited as Agents following a period of cancellation.”
Moses was deregistered by the NRL in February 2021 after he was found to have breached his obligations as an agent in 2017 during his time assisting his then client, former Parramatta skipper Tim Mannah.
But after 18 months on the sidelines, Moses is back in business.
It is understood the leading agent had more than 100 players in his stable when he had his registration cancelled, prompting his relative Stephen Moses — also accredited by the NRL — to handle contractual matters.
Moses represented the NRL’s No.1 player, retired Storm legend Cameron Smith, for many years. He also has Parramatta’s Mitchell Moses, David Klemmer (Newcastle), Jesse Bromwich (Storm), Matt Lodge (Roosters) and Felise Kaufusi (Dolphins in 2023) on his books.
Moses’ return comes as another banned agent, Orr, was also cleared to resume management duties after a four-year suspension.
Orr had his registration cancelled by the NRL following an alleged breach of the salary cap rules involving former Parramatta player Cheyse Blair and there were suggestions he was facing a life ban.
Moses also represents a number of NRL coaches. He brokered former Broncos coach Anthony Seibold’s five-year deal at Brisbane and played a key role in securing deals for Cowboys mentor Todd Payten and Newcastle’s Adam O’Brien.
