A relaxed looking Dylan Brown arrived at Parramatta headquarters on Tuesday morning, less than 24 hours after telling Eels teammates he has signed the NRL’s richest contract with rivals Newcastle.
Brown was spotted driving into the players carpark at around 10.30am to report for training as Parramatta finalise preparations for Sunday’s clash against the Wests Tigers.
Brown, dressed in casual clothing and carrying his morning coffee, was flanked by teammates as he entered the club’s training facilities.
The star five-eighth has inked a mega 10-year deal worth $13 million with Newcastle from 2026, making him the richest player in the NRL.
He was closely followed by coach Jason Ryles, who was seen arriving at training around 10.45am on Tuesday morning.
Brown told teammates he would not be at the club in 2026 on Monday after inking a deal to join the Knights.
