It was around this time last year when the likes of NRL graduates Karl Oloapu, Isaiya Katoa, Tallyn Da Silva, and Keano Kini showcased their talent at the annual Australian Secondary Schools Rugby League National Championships in Redcliffe.
Most continue to develop with the lower grades in both NSW and Queensland, while others, like Arama Hau, have travelled as far as the Featherstone Rovers to chase their rugby league dreams.
With the carnival again set to kick off this weekend, we look at where each of last year’s top 50 Schoolboys, ranked by our rugby league experts, are currently continuing their journeys.
