Young guns from regions across the country will take centre stage as the Australian Country Junior Basketball Cup tips off in Albury-Wodonga on Tuesday.

KommunityTV will exclusively live stream action from two courts all week as more than 600 junior basketballers compete at the titles from January 14-18.

And coverage will begin on day one from 8.30am with the tournament’s youngest age group – the Under-14s – featuring all day on Wodonga Sports and Leisure Centre Court 1 and Lauren Jackson Sports Centre Court 2.

First up, the strength of hosts Victoria will face its first test when both boys and girls U14 sides take on the South Australian Wombats.

The Victorians won a remarkable five out of a possible six trophies at last year’s ACJBC.

NSW Waratahs will then welcome international visitors New Zealand Weka to Australian shores in dual fixtures at 10am.

For the third-straight year the ACJBC tournament will be exclusively live streamed on KommunityTV and across News Corp Australia’s digital mastheads.

The KommunityTV coverage will feature matches from two courts across all five days of the tournament, including matches in all three age groups.
