Great return when second behind Life Lessons at Lakeside, meets her again over the 1400m but will be fitter. In her first campaign she finished a one-length fourth in the Group 2 Kewney Stakes when second-up. Although she’ll get back in the field from her barrier, the Hillside track will give her every chance.

Beautifully bred mare who had no luck at Flemington in a solid race and can win here.

Getting out to a suitable range and gets preferred surface after making good ground late at Ballarat last start.

KIR ROYALE (Race 6, No.7 – $4.20)

Classy mare resuming that should be figuring in much tougher races than this throughout her career. Was last seen scoring a dominant win in a handy race at Flemington and has looked the part in her trials leading up to Saturday’s first-up test. Way down in the weights with 53.5kg, she’ll prove hard to beat.

Value bet: ATISHU (Race 8, No.11 – $11)

ADAM SHERRY (Sportsman)

SACRIMONY (Race 3, No.3 – $5)

Charged home late for a close second when resuming over 1000m at Kembla on The Gong day. She will appreciate stepping up to 1100m and is unbeaten second-up. She also gets a 2kg claim with talented apprentice Dylan Gibbons aboard.

Value bet: KIRWAN’S LANE (Race 8, No.4 – $15)

EAGLE FARM

TRENTON AKERS (Courier Mail)

JUAN DIVA (Race 6, No.1 – $2.40)

Loves a hard surface, which she will get at Eagle Farm on Saturday and has drawn the one alley, where she will be able to get the run of the race.
