BEST BET
MITCHELLSTOWN (Race 6 No.5 – $3.20): Won maiden quite well two starts back and then found one better, beaten a long neck, in a similar race last time out at Tatura. Should be in the finish again for Lindsay Park and jockey Blaike McDougall.
NEXT BEST
ANYONE (Race 1 No.8 – $4.40): First-starter, trained by Mick Price and Michael Kent Jr, has two nice jumpouts under the belt and barrier three on Monday should help the $650,000 yearling purchase, a daughter of I Am Invincible out of 2018 Australian Oaks winner Unforgotten, get around the track.
SURE THING (Race 2 No.4 – $4.80): Touched off last start at Donald. Should be ready to fire third-up and placed on rain-affected ground previously.
• Big Bets Review: Punter nabs $30,000 collect
VALUE BET
COOL HEART (Race 10 No.8 – $10): Placed in all three starts second-up previously including twice as runner-up. Not without a chance in a tricky race.
THE JOCKEY
