Popular trainer Mitch Beer has the Bletchingly Stakes after-party sorted, should Mnementh win, lose or dead-heat.
The Chinatown institution, Fad Gallery, needs only monitor Saturday’s 1200m Group 3 sprint at Caulfield to ensure adequate staffing and the drinks supply.
“I haven’t roped off upstairs just yet, but they are on standby,” Beer laughed.
“They’ll be out of Melbourne (Bitter) cans and Fireball shots if he wins, I can assure you.”

Beer painted “the greatest venue of all time” Mnementh on July 1 after the Albury star galloper won the Listed Santa Ana Lane Series Final, the young trainer’s first stakes success.
“It’s my No.1, I’ve been going there since I was 18,” Beer said.
“It’s the greatest venue of all time, I reckon I’ve been there, in the last five years, 40 times, I love it, it’s a bit different, it’s a bit relaxed.
“You can drink Melbourne cans and listen to good music and no one is too pretentious.”
All the shit days worth it, what a ripper crew of troops!

Mnementh has been kept safe in the market, a firm $5.50 fourth favourite, after the minor upset last start as an $11 chance.
Champion jockey Craig Williams was booked for Saturday, replacing Blake Shinn, who nailed a tactical ride on Mnementh last start by capitalising on a lack of speed in the race.
Godolphin trainer James Cummings has engaged Shinn to ride Bletchingly Stakes favourite Ingratiating at Caulfield.
Mnementh has done nothing but impress Beer the past three weeks.
“He pulled up terrific … no issues whatsoever, he worked really well on the course proper here Tuesday, albeit on really soft conditions, but I was rapt with him,” Beer said.
“The bar keeps going up and he keeps rising to the occasion, which is terrific.”
Mnementh last start defeated It’sourtime, the $4.60 third elect on Saturday.
Ingratiating, a $3.70 favourite, and General Beau, $4.20, finished fifth and third respectively in the Group 3 Sir John Monash Stakes last Saturday week.
An unexpected setback 16 months ago altered the course of Mnementh’s career after Beer “changed everything”, the horse’s feed, exercise and stabling, following an internal bleed.
“He’s always had a sea of problems, terrible feet that were really hard to manage early on, atrial fibrillation twice and then he bled in a Country Championship (qualifier),” Beer said.
“I couldn’t believe he bled, we changed everything … and he’s never looked back, that’s been the turning point of his career.”

The Eurozone gelding has won (five) or placed in seven of 10 subsequent starts, including success at Rosehill and Flemington.
“You have to forget the runs of old, where he’s getting beaten in a Tocumal Cup and running at Corowa, Wagga and Leeton,” Beer said.
“It’s hard to get your head around he’s a last-start Listed winner going into a Group 3 as a real live chance, he just keeps stepping up.”
