“When he hit that clock tower I thought he was going to win and I lost my way a bit, it was a great experience.”

McRae was overseas last year when the Dominic Sutton-trained Feroce placed second in the Group 1 Caulfield Guineas.
“What an experience. An incredible experience,” a jubilant McRae said.
“I’ve been in a couple Group 1s (runners) but never won, that’s amazing.
“I saw it come out and thought we’re a big chance, I knew what it was capable of.
“Amazing, I’m still buzzing.”
"That's amazing, what a feeling. We're lucky enough John Kanga got us involved in this horse."

“I got a couple shares in Dom’s horses, Khadime ran last night (second at The Valley) and then today, it’s been an incredible ride.
