BEST BET
HOT DIGITY BOOM (Race 3 No. 4 – $3.70)
Mick Price and Michael Kent Jr have been patient with the gelding but he’s shown plenty of ability. He can win first-up at Pakenham.
NEXT BEST
TIME TO BACA (Race 4 No. 11 – $5.50)
She made an honest debut when second on this track last time out. She’ll be better for it and should go close again.
MIDNIGHT IN MINORI (Race 6 No. 10 – $14)
The three-year-old was unlucky not to score at Werribee but the bigger Pakenham track should suit the Clayton Douglas-trained filly.
VALUE BET
NUNNIONG (Race 1 No. 3 – $13)
The gelding was solid behind a promising type at Sale last time. He can go one better in the first race on Thursday.
THE JOCKEY
DANIEL STACKHOUSE
The consistent hoop heads to Pakenham for six rides on Thursday. MATRIMONIAL (Race 1 No. 10 – $4.20), ATHANATOS (Race 3 No. 1 – $6), GEMINI DANCER (Race 5 No. 2 – $3.20), NIC’S CHOICE (Race 6 No. 6 – $4), THE NEGOTIATOR (Race 7 No. 4 – $15), ALL SO CLEAR (Race 8 No. 5 – $7).
