FROSTIN’ (Race 6 No.7 – $5)
Frostin’ chased well when narrowly beaten on the Hillside track when resuming. He’ll be fitter for that and should go close again on Wednesday.
NEXT BEST
CANTINA (Race 5 No.8 – $9)
Cantina was fresh for this after a narrow win at Cranbourne last time out. That form has stood up with both the runner-up and third horse winning well since.
THE GARDEN (Race 7 No.6 – $2.90)
The Garden will be much better for his solid effort over 1200m at The Valley first-up. He’s placed at both second-up runs and has the class to score at Sandown.
VALUE BET
BENEFICIO (Race 8 No.17 – $21)
The handy filly scored easily when resuming last time in before an excellent second in Saturday grade second-up last time in. She’ll be fitter and can pull off a surprise in the last.
