Premiership-leading jockey Nash Rawiller had a double-winning day soured when suspended in the final race of the day at Rosehill Gardens on Saturday.
Rawiller came from last to score aboard the James Cummings-trained Legio Ten but in the run to the line, he allowed the Exosphere gelding to shift in, forcing Dylan Gibbons to stop riding aboard Smashing Eagle to avoid the advancing runner.
Rawiller conceded to stewards he’d allowed his mount to shift into Smashing Eagle’s rightful running before pleading guilty to a careless riding charge.

Rawiller starts the penalty after next Saturday’s The Ingham meeting at Randwick.
He will miss Wyong Magic Millions Day on Wednesday week before returning to ride at the Randwick meeting on December 16.
Legio Ten was the second of Rawiller’s winners at Rosehill after early scoring aboard Toesonthenose.
The double saw his establish a two win lead over Tyler Schiller in the Sydney jockeys’ premiership.
