BEST BET
MUKTAMIL (Race 4 No.3 – $3.30)
Muktamil did a good job at his first run at 2000m at Mildura and horses often improve sharply at their second crack at the trip.
NEXT BEST
QARAAR (Race 2 No.11 – $4.60)
Qaraar led but was no match for the winner at Pakenham and that filly has gone on to run well again since. Qaraar is ready to break through.
EXABANOISE (Race 5 No.3 – $9.50)
Exabanoise will be much fitter for her solid first-up run at Seymour and should have all the favours from barrier two.
VALUE BET
UNDER THE PALAIS (Race 6 No.9 – $8)
Under The Palais won an easier race at Warrnambool last time out but is consistent and could again measure up at Ballarat.
