Democracy Manifest, a $7 chance in the latest betting, is being treated and will face a further vet check on Friday to determine whether he starts in the Railway at Ascot.
Group 2 winner Democracy Manifest, who has earned more than $1m in prizemoney in a 30-start career which has netted nine wins, was last seen finishing third behind stablemate Lindermann in the Craven Plate at Randwick in October.
He is Waller’s only runner in the $1.5m Railway and Melbourne Cup-winning Victorian jockey Mark Zahra has been booked for the ride.
