SUPERIOR ZARA (Race 1 No. 8 – $2.30)

Superior Zara raced consistently last time in and wasn’t disgraced in town at her last outing. She can break through at Benalla.

NEXT BEST

GUNDAROO (Race 6 No. 4 – $3)

Gundaroo resumes but was a city winner last December and can overcome a wide gate to score on Tuesday.

REFRESHING (Race 8 No. 11 – $3.90)

Refreshing went down narrowly at Pakenham last time out but she’ll be fitter for three runs in and has drawn to go one better.

VALUE BET

SILENT ALERT (Race 2 No. 7 – $7)

Silent Alert will be fresh for this after a good effort at Wangaratta in January. A repeat would make him hard to beat.
