The coronavirus outbreak has wrecked havoc on sporting events across the globe from cricket, soccer, tennis and motor racing - even archery. Find out what has been impacted.

Hundreds of sporting events and matches across the world has been affected by the coronavirus outbreak.

Many sports leagues and federations have reacted to the spread of the virus by cancelling or postponing games and competitions, or barring spectators drom attending.

Italy has today suspended all sporting events, including soccer’s top-flight Serie A, a day after one of the biggest tennis tournaments — Indian Wells — was cancelled.

Here is the full list of every sporting event disrupted by the coronavirus.

ARCHERY

ISSF International Solidarity Championships in Dhaka, Bangladesh, on Feb. 22-28 postponed.

World Cup in Shanghai from May 4-10 cancelled.

ATHLETICS

World indoor championships in Nanjing from March 13-15 postponed to March 2021.

World half marathon championships in Gdynia, Poland on March 29 postponed to October 17.

Nippon Professional Baseball: All pre-season games from February 26-March 15, no spectators. Season, due to start on March 20, postponed.

Olympic qualifying tournament in Taichung and Dou Liu, Taiwan moved from April 1-5 to June 17-21.

BASKETBALL

Women’s Olympic qualifying tournament moved from Foshan, China, to Belgrade, Serbia, from February 6-9.

3x3 Olympic qualifying tournament in Bengaluru, India from March 18-22 postponed.

Asia Cup qualifiers postponed: Philippines v Thailand on February 20; Japan v China on February 21; China v Malaysia on February 24. Matches scheduled for Hong Kong moved to opponents’ homes.
