The Sydney Kings are NBL champions after sweeping the Tasmania JackJumpers 3-0 in their Grand Final series.
It’s their first title since 2005.
Facing a mammoth task on the road in Sydney, the JackJumpers confirmed just an hour before tip-off that talls Fabijan Krslovic and Jack McVeigh would miss the game.

“Fabijan Krslovic and Jack McVeigh will not be available for NBL22 Grand Final Game 3 at Qudos Bank Arena tonight due to illness,” they tweeted.
“The pair are isolating away from the rest of the group. Jock Perry returns to the team as a nominated replacement player.”

They were not able to overcome the losses as Sydney prevailed 97-88 in game three.
