IS this the greatest illusion seen on television?
Michigan State Spartans coach Mark Dantonio shocked fans earlier today when he appeared to vanish from the television screen live on air.
The freakish illusion happened as wide receiver Darrell Stewart Jr. passed in front the camera as Dantonio was on screen.
A split-second later, he was gone.
Fans took to social media to share their amazement, calling the Michigan coach a “wizard” — flabbergasted at how the feat was pulled off.
The most logical answer would be he dropped to his knee to tie his shoelace, but we’re still not sure.
Watch it below — you be the judge.

The Spartans’ disappearing coach wasn’t the only thing that had them hitting headlines.
Three Michigan players raised their fists in salute during the pre-game national anthem to protest racial inequality in the USA.
Dantonio came out in support for his players’ choice to sit out the anthem which stirred a heated debate between fans on Twitter.
Some called the stunt a “disgrace”, while others praised Dantonio’s “level-headed” and “mature” attitude towards the issue.

The protests come after a fifth day of marches after a police shooting took place in North Carolina on Tuesday.
Despite making headlines on numerous fronts, the Spartans had a rough day on the field, losing to the Wisconsin Badgers 30-6.
