TRAVIS CLOKE has made an early statement against his former club.
The new Western Bulldogs spearhead was met with a chorus of boos from one-time fans as he launched a monster goal in the opening term at the MCG.
As promised, the Magpies cheersquad unloaded on their former favourite but were quickly silenced.

Cloke out-marked Ben Reid on the 50m and as the ground rang with boos, launched at goal before being swamped by his new teammates.
The new recruit was heavily involved in the opening term on Friday night, helping set up the opening goal of the game to Lachie Hunter.
Cloke’s older brother, Jason - another former Magpie - wasn’t pleased with the fans’ response, blasting the faithful for their lack of respect for a premiership star.
