See the ins and outs for the final home-and-away games of 2018

SYDNEY has picked Lance Franklin to line up against the Hawks, but will he play? Hawthorn has worries of its own, with potential Buddy stopper James Frawley, while Richmond and GWS welcome back stars.

SYDNEY star Lance Franklin has been named to take on his old side Hawthorn tomorrow night while the Hawks are set to welcome back captain Jarryd Roughead from an ankle injury.

Franklin has been under an injury cloud all week with a groin complaint but has been picked for the crunch clash as the two sides battle to secure a place in the top-four. Roughead is one of three changes for the Hawks with David Mirra and Ricky Henderson also coming into the side, replacing James Frawley (back) and omitted pair Conor Glass and Marc Pittonet. SCROLL DOWN TO SEE EVERY ROUND 23 TEAM Essendon ruckman Matthew Leuenberger is set to play just his second game of the season against Port Adelaide tonight after Tom Bellchambers had shoulder surgery on Monday night. Leuenberger’s return comes after he shone in the VFL with 34 hit outs and three goals last weekend, while Bombers youngster Jayden Laverde has been included for his first AFL game since Round 11. Collingwood will head into its clash with Fremantle unchanged, while the Dockers have made four changes in the wake of last week’s club-record 133-point loss to Geelong, the inclusions headlined by speedy midfielder Stephen Hill. Adelaide will blood its sixth debutant of the season in key forward Elliott Himmelberg — the younger brother of Greater Western Sydney’s Harrison — while Carlton has lost first-year star Paddy Dow to a bruised knee, seeing former Crow Sam Kerridge included to face his old side. Greater Western Sydney midfielder Josh Kelly has been named as a starter for Sunday’s clash with Melbourne having overcome concussion which saw him miss the club’s loss to Sydney last week. The Demons have named Tomas Bugg as part of an extended bench after he logged 28 disposals and seven tackles for Casey in the VFL last weekend. Jake Carlisle (back) is set to return for St Kilda for its clash with North Melbourne on Sunday but there has been no recall for luckless midfielder Nathan Freeman, who will not play at any level this weekend after copping a head knock in the VFL last weekend.
