Darcy Moore and Ben Reid miss as Jordan De Goey sports a new look in first session back
The Pies are back at it and a new look for Jordan De Goey turned heads. Meanwhile, it was a young draftee who did the same in their 2km time trial. But two Pies guns were unsighted on the track - one missing for a great cause.

Defenders Darcy Moore and Ben Reid were absentees as Collingwood – and a bleached blond Jordan De Goey – hit the training track for the start of the New Year.
The Magpies said Moore was at home sick, while Reid was in Bright ensuring his family’s home was safe amid the ongoing bushfire crisis in Victoria.
Reid, who was granted a one-year contract extension for 2020, and Moore are both returning from injury-hit seasons in 2019.

The club said it was unclear when the pair would be returning to training.
As the Magpies launched into their 2020 campaign, it was De Goey who turned heads with his new look, rocking up to the first training session of the year with peroxide blond hair.
Midfielder Taylor Adams was back in the main training group after being spotted in a moon boot last month.

Forward Jaidyn Stephenson walked laps as he continues his recovery from glandular fever, which he was struck down with late last year.
Levi Greenwood was building up his running workload as he recovers from the ruptured anterior cruciate ligament he suffered in last year’s qualifying final.
Draftee Jay Rantall, taken at pick 40 by the Magpies in last year’s national draft, took out his second club 2km time trial at the Holden Centre ahead of Steele Sidebottom and rookie ruckman Max Lynch.
Lynch, who stands at 200cm, was delighted with his time trial performance after nerves had the better of him.

“I was nervous last night,” Lynch told the club’s website.
“I was struggling to sleep a little bit, but now that it’s done I feel good.
“Happy with my time, so it was an all-round good result for me.”
Delisted veteran defender Lynden Dunn continues to train with the Magpies over the pre-season as he targets the remaining spot on the club’s list.
Dayne Beams remains away from training after he took an indefinite break from football to focus on his mental health.
