Supercoach scores and late mail from every Round 6 game
If you are one of Jack Darling’s 5,253 owners, look away now. The out-of-form forward has produced another shocking SuperCoach score, but he wasn’t the worst of the Eagles. SUPERCOACH SCORES FROM EVERY GAME

Don't miss out on the headlines from Supercoach. Followed categories will be added to My News.
The 5,253 SuperCoach teams who stuck with enigmatic forward Jack Darling have been burnt again.
The out-of-form Eagle finished with a horror score of 22 SuperCoach points, tallying just 10 touches for the match – four of which hit the target – without hitting the scoreboard.
Darling is averaging just 15.5 over the past fortnight after his score of 9 against the Power last week in the wet.

Q-CLASH DEBUTANTS
Mature-age tall Josh Corbett ($123,900) made his AFL debut in the Q-Clash, while Noah Answerth ($117,300, DEF/MID) will played his first game for the Lions.
Corbett was one of the Suns’ three state league assistance players after winning the Fothergill-Round-Mitchell-Medal in 2018 as the VFL’s best under-23 player and had 55 in his first game.
Lions youngster Answerth was taken with pick 55 in the 2018 draft and has impressed as an attacking defender in the NEAFL — he went even better with 69 in the Lions’ win.
The pair could provide some much needed rookie relief over the coming weeks, with SuperCoaches starved of non-midfield downgrade options of late.
Check back here throughout the weekend for the latest SuperCoach heroes and villains ratings and scores from every match!
ESSENDON V COLLINGWOOD
Late change: Orazio Fantasia out, replaced by Darcy Parish for Essendon
Heroes: What a performance from the Pies skipper. Scott Pendlebury turned back the clock, finishing with 38 possessions, seven marks, six tackles, 138 SuperCoach points and the Anzac Medal draped around his neck. Those who had the VC on Brodie Grundy (134) would be very happy with his finish, and ball-magnet Adam Treloar (113) finished with another promising total. Definitely lock that Grundy score in.
Villains: The main villain here is scaling. While Grundy amassed points at the death, Zach Merrett (87) went backwards, scoring -2 in the last quarter — a disappointing result for owners. His partner in crime Dylan Shiel (93) won a truckload of footy but was very wasteful, recording eight clangers and going at just 58 per cent efficiency. Those that persisted with Devon Smith (35) were left hurting after a knee injury in the last saw the tackling machine finish the game in a tracksuit.

RICHMOND V MELBOURNE
Late mail: No late changes
Heroes: Nick Vlastuin is only in 1263 SuperCoach teams but if you started him, you’d be rejoicing after he amassed 155 with a masterful performance against the Demons. Bachar Houli was also huge with 142, while Kane Lambert (126) and Dion Prestia (119) impressed. For Melbourne, popular vice-captain pick Max Gawn led the way with 145. From the rookies, Jack Ross (89), Liam Baker (84) and Sydney Stack (72) shone.
Villains: Hard to fault many of the Tigers, but if you still have Toby Nankervis (59) you need to be making plans to turn him into Max Gawn or Brodie Grundy soon. Michael Hibberd (30) tagged Dustin Martin and his days as a premium scorer are long gone. Jay Lockhart was a popular trade-in on the bubble but could only deliver 39.

PORT ADELAIDE V NORTH MELBOURNE
Changes: Shaun Higgins replaced by Nathan Hrovat and Tom Jonas replaced by Jarrod Lienert.
Hero: Oh, Connor Rozee! Is there anything this kid can’t do? He took a hanger, kicked a goal and smashed his breakeven. There were more than 61,000 SuperCoaches who were very happy with his performance on Friday night. Now that he’s had a taste of the big stage, what will he do against the Magpies in Round 7?
Villain: If you’d told us a Gray was going to break triple figures, we’d have had Robbie priced at $1.01. However, in what was a disaster for more than 10,000 SuperCoaches, the star forward was outdone by his namesake. Sam Gray was outstanding, scoring a 101 while Robbie could muster only 51. Ouch!

GOLD COAST V BRISBANE LIONS
Late changes: None
Heroes: Lachie Neale was always unlikely to score less than 100 two weeks in a row. Although Patrick Cripps plays on Sunday, Neale reclaimed his mantle as the No. 1 scorer of the year in style with a score of 142. Q Clash medallist Mitch Robinson (125), Jarryd Lyons (120), Daniel Rich (116), Jarrod Berry (116) and Charlie Cameron (114) were the other Lions to reach triple figures as their side pulled clear in the last quarter of the Q Clash. Brayden Fiorini has been one of this season’s most-improved scorers and topped the Gold Coast tally with 116.
Villains: Most of the popular choices scored well, although those who started with Alex Witherden as a likely breakout player will be ruing their decision. The Lion is set to lose value after failing to reach his break even of 82, finishing with .66 points and pushing his average below 90. He’s hardly been a flop, but the 14,000 coaches who picked him were hoping for premium numbers. Dayne Zorko had his nemesis Touk Miller for company and was held to 80 while former Cat Jordan Murdoch (27) was the lowest scorer on the ground.

ST KILDA V ADELAIDE
Late changes: St Kilda — Rowan Marshall replaced by Billy Longer Adelaide — Bryce Gibbs replaced by Jordan Gallucci.
Heroes: It’s been a frustrating season to date for the coaches with the usually ever-reliable Rory Laird in their teams. Only two hundreds to Round 5 hardly inspired confidence he’d be a top defender at the end of the season, but today his true colours shone through. Sweeping up attack after attack from the Saints, Laird amassed 124 points. Brodie Smith has been one of the picks of the mid-pricers and continued his fine season with 103, while Taylor Walker was monumental up forward with 113. Shane Savage (121), Josh Battle (110) and Seb Ross (118) were the Saints who passed 100. Rookie ruckman Reilly O’Brien (88) will be generating plenty of cash for the coaches who traded him in last week.
Villains: With a five-round average of 91, Jade Gresham (65) was well below his best against the Crows. It took a late goal to lift his score after he was staring at a total below 60. Rory Sloane (78) was the lowest of the Crows’ big guns, while Brad Crouch’s (85) owners have a tough call to make after he scored less than his break even of 97. Jack Lonie (22) had the lowest score but missed most of the clash with a knee injury.

SYDNEY V GWS GIANTS
Late changes: Sydney — Lance Franklin replaced by Ben Ronke. GWS — Phil Davis replaced by Matt Buntine
Heroes: The usual suspects all delivered, with one or two exceptions. A staggering nine Giants recorded three figures. Hard-at-it mid Tim Taranto (136) led the way, but Zac Williams (121) and Josh Kelly (116) weren’t far behind. Stephen Coniglio had to settle for ‘just’ 103 points despite 24 touches and four cracking goals. The Swans leaders stood up, with captain
Josh Kennedy (115) at his bullocking best, while popular picks Jake Lloyd (107) and Luke Parker (105) also pulled their weight.
Villains: Isaac Heeney (74) would have liked to have done more, while Aliir Aliir (46) and Ollie Florent (37) couldn’t get into it. Froma GWS perspective, Lachie Whitfield was the big blow. It’s a big rough including him in the ‘villains’ section given he copped a severe corkie and was brave to come back on, but his total of 45 points will hurt a lot of SuperCoaches.

FREMANTLE V WESTERN BULLDOGS
No late changes
Heroes: David Mundy, come on down. The 300-gamer wound back the clock to kick a coiuple of goals, have ahand in a couple of others and ooze class on his way to 122 points. He was trumped by his skipper Nat Fyfe (128), but that’s to be expected. Lachie Hunter (132) got off the leash for the Dogs and had a big night, while Caleb Daniel’s ball use helped him reach three figures.
Villains: Serial big scorers Jack Macrae (85) and Tom Liberatore (71) didn’t exert their usual influence for the Bulldogs, while Aaron Naughton (38) also struggled to get into it. For the winners, Matt Taberner (58) couldn’t repeat last week’s big day, while Jesse Hogan (72) and Reece Conca (51) weren’t as effective as recent weeks.

HAWTHORN V CARLTON
Late changes:
Carlton: Charlie Curnow out, replaced in the selected side by David Cuningham
Heroes: James Sicily (127) scored just 25 SuperCoach points last time he played the Blues, but this time he was the hero. A crucial intercept mark late saw his score skyrocket to 125, while Jaeger O’Meara (133) was prolific with 43 touches. Ben McEvoy (117) produced another fruitful total, while James Worpel (82) went from zero to hero with a 64-point third quarter after a quiet first half.
Villains: The real villain here is Daniel Howe. Despite a surge late, Patrick Cripps (93) wasn’t able to produce a captain’s score with the stopper hanging off him. Kade Simpson (35) was in a tracksuit in the second half with hamstring tightness, while popular selection Nic Newman (57) also didn’t return after an injury to his leg in the last.

Heroes: Is it time for us to consider the little master (again) in SuperCoach? Ablett (148) was dominant and led all comers, while . Shannon Hurn (119) was his reliable self, while Tom Hawkins (119), Tom Stewart (98) and Elliot Yeo (116) were among the points. Cash cow Gryan Miers (90) and Charlie Constable (79) ensured their prices will continue to rise, while Tom Hickey (143) top scored for the Eagles.
Villains: Jack Darling (22) produced another absolute stinker. At least owners take solace in the fact he reached double figures this week. Rookies Jack Petruccelle (48) and Tom Atkins (47) couldn’t back up last week’s exploits and will burn those who fielded them. Patrick Dangerfield (94) came home with a wet sail but failed to notch a ton.
