Every SuperCoach score from St Kilda’s JLT Series win against North Melbourne

Dylan Roberton is set to be one of this year’s most popular SuperCoach defenders and several St Kilda recruits also put up their hands for selection in a JLT win against North Melbourne.

Footy19 Geelong preview

A super second half from Dylan Roberton will ensure he is one of this year’s most popular SuperCoach selections.

Roberton is available for just $297,500 after missing much of last season following a heart scare.

PLAYER FOCUS: CAN DUNKLEY BACK UP BREAKOUT SEASON?

But he backed up an encouraging practice match performance last week with 21 disposals (17) kicks in the Saints’ JLT Series win against North Melbourne.

Here are four players who caught our eye at Avalon Airport Oval — scroll down to see every SuperCoach score.

DYLAN ROBERTON $297,500 DEF — 103 POINTS

Was starved of the footy in the first half when he stood next to Ben Brown at full-back, but was freed up after the main break and responded as we hoped he would to finish with 21 touches, eight marks and a number of kick-ins. Lock him in.

JACK STEELE $512,500 MID — 117 POINTS

An awkward price but showed every sign he can continue his hot run to last season, when he finished with scores of 118, 128, 121 and 140. Playing as a free-running midfielder, he collected 18 disposals, seven tackles and two goals.

MATT PARKER $117,300 FWD — 61 POINTS

The mature-age recruit from the WAFL didn’t get a lot of the footy (seven disposals) but he matched Steele with seven tackles and jagged two goals to put his hand up for a spot in the Round 1 side against Gold Coast. Tattoos make him hard to miss.

AARON HALL $389,200 MID — 16 POINTS

A horror first outing for his new club for the former Sun. St Kilda ruckman Lewis Pierce fell across he knee in the first quarter and while he returned in the second, he appeared restricted and sat out the second half. Makes it hard to commit to an already risky mid-price selection.
