The former teammates and still good friends both had eyes only for the footy as they put their heads down and went toe-to-toe.
In what was a vital 50-50 ball, Sloane crashed into Dangerfield, knocking the star Cat down for the count.

The Crows then took the ball all the way down the other end and kicked a goal within seconds.
A shaken Dangerfield was taken from the ground and spent time on the bench in the lead up to halftime.
However, the Adelaide fans came under fire for booing the former Crow on his way off the field.
“It’s simply pathetic,” said former Richmond coach Danny Frawley.
Former Port Adelaide skipper Warren Tredrea was also critical of the booing.
Sloane managed to get up and sprinted to the next contest.
Sloane v Danger will be replayed 8000 times this week. Contact looked incidental for mine. Ball was there, two men went at it #AFLCrowsCats
