CARLTON has given three of its recycled players another chance as the Blues shuffled their line-up for Sunday’s clash against Collingwood.

Matthew Kennedy, Aaron Mullett, Jarrod Garlett were recalled along with Cameron Polson with the Blues dropping Darcy Lang and Nick Graham. Patrick Kerr joined Sam Kerridge on the injury list. Collingwood made one enforced chance, replacing the injured Daniel Wells with young defender Flynn Appleby. Meanwhile, just a fortnight ago premiership defender Dale Morris underwent knee surgery and now he’s already back in the Bulldogs defence. The AFL’s bionic man has completed another remarkable recovery from an injury setback that threatened his career - after already coming back this season from a partially torn ACL without surgery — returning for Saturday night’s clash with North Melbourne. SEE ALL THE ROUND 14 TEAMS AND SUNDAY SQUADS BELOW Morris had arthroscopic surgery on his knee after Round 11 and was still listed this week as being one-to-two weeks away from a return. But on Thursday night coach Luke Beveridge named the 35-year-old alongside Marcus Adams, Aaron Naughton and Josh Dunkley as inclusions for Round 14. North Melbourne coach Brad Scott has sprung a selection surprise by dropping speedster Billy Hartung as part of two changes for the clash against the Bulldogs. Jed Anderson returns alongside Nathan Hrovat who will play just his fourth senior game for the season. Jack Watts will not play against his old side when Port Adelaide clash with Melbourne at Adelaide Oval on Friday night after coach Ken Hinkley confirmed the former Demon would spend another week in the SANFL. Watts was dropped last week after a disappointing performance in the win over Richmond in Round 12 but has been unable to force his way back into the Power team. The Friday night blockbuster would have been the first time Watts would play against the team that took him as the No.1 pick in 2008 before going on to play 153 games for the club. Hinkley said Watts is in a similar spot to fellow star recruit Tom Rockliff, who benefited from a SANFL spell earlier this season. “Like we showed with Rocky earlier in the year, when you give them that break — unless you’re forced into it — you probably need to give them a little bit of time,” he said. “That works well for (Watts). He played really well last week (and) it’s probably the best game he’s played for the season.” Collingwood will need to find a replacement for silky midfielder Daniel Wells for its clash against Carlton after it was confirmed last week he will miss the rest of the season. Wells requires surgery on his foot after suffering a lisfranc injury in the Queen’s Birthday win over Melbourne. AFL DAILY: CURNOW COUP AS BLUE RE-SIGNS BAROMETER: JARRAD WAITE OUT INDEFINITELY The Pies have included potential debutant Brayden Sier for the clash against the Blues, while Flynn Appleby, Callum Brown and Ben Crcoker are among the potential inclusions. How will Carlton coach Brendon Bolton react to last week’s embarrassing loss to Fremantle? Not as savagely as some might have anticipated at this stage, with just one confirmed out on Thursday night, Sam Kerridge due to injury. Midfielder Matt Kennedy has been named in the extended squad and should return from an ankle injury, while Aaron Mullett and Jarrod Garlett are among the possible inclusions.
