AFL Round 15 tips: Herald Sun and The Advertiser experts pick their winners

With the top eight teams all playing each other, welcome to the toughest round of the year to tip a winner. Here’s who our experts are picking.

Is this the toughest weekend of footy tipping ever?

With all top eight teams playing each other in four evenly matched blockbusters, this week could separate the contenders and the pretenders in footy tipping comps everywhere.

Melebourne will start as favourite against Brisbane but is facing the second-placed team on the ladder coming off three straight losses, Geelong and Richmond are almost impossible to split, and good luck picking a winner from Sydney (seventh) v St Kilda (eighth) and Carlton (fifth) vs Fremantle (third).

Some of the other other matches aren’t easy to predict, either, with Port Adelaide hosting an in-form Gold Coast and Collingwood trying to shrug off a week of off-field distractions against a GWS team rejuvenated under caretaker coach Mark McVeigh.
