Aussie suburbs black-listed: No go zones named

A massive 111 suburbs across the country were declared “no-go zones” for investors in an annual report by investment advisory group Positive Property.

Of this, 34 Queensland suburbs have been black-listed over a high risk of property price falls making up a third of Australia’s investor no go zones from the Gold Coast to Brisbane to Cairns. There are 11 Sydney suburbs on the list, four in Melbourne and six in South Australia.

Victoria’s top real estate young guns real of past year

Victoria’s top real estate agents under 30 are earning millions of dollars in commission every year, according to recent real estate transaction figures.

Nineteen agents aged 35 and under individually traded more than $100 million in property in 2023, including Michelle Stephens who sold a jaw-dropping $214m+ worth of houses in 12 months.

Adelaide home prices almost $86k higher than a year ago

Adelaide home prices are almost $86,000 higher than they were this time last year following another month of steady growth.

The latest PropTrack figures reveal the city’s median property price climbed 0.31 per cent in March and 13.47 per cent over the past year to a record high of $723,000.

That’s up $2234 on the previous month and $85,827 higher compared to March last year.
