They may be musos and golf tragics in their downtime, but a new list of the NT’s rock stars of real estate has revealed the top agents based on how many sales they made in the past 12 months.

They may be musos and golf tragics in their downtime, but a new list of the NT’s rock stars of real estate has revealed the top agents based on how many sales they made in the past 12 months.

And they are not just the heavyhitters in Darwin, with regional agents also among the top sellers in an inaugural list released by realestate.com.au which ranks the agents who have sold the most property in the past year.

Taking out top spot with 94 reported sales in the past 12 months was Daniel Harris of Real Estate Central.

Mr Harris was also named the Top Residential Agent – NT at the 2023 Annual REA Excellence Awards.

Stewie Martin, who was at Real Estate Central before opening his own business, Smart Real Estate, has chalked up 44 sales over 12 months.

Relatively new to the real estate game is Chris Clarke of Real Estate Central.

He spent 11 years in Darwin’s hospitality sector, making him one of the most well-connected agents in the Top End, before moving into property four years ago.

In his spare time, Chris can be found playing music at any one of Darwin’s watering holes, either by himself with an acoustic guitar or on the drums with party bands Funky Monks, Rukus and Fever.

He has a median sales price of $504,000.

Ashleigh relocated to Katherine, and made the switch from hairdressing to real estate six years ago.

Lindsay Carey of Nutrien Harcourts Alice Springs (39 sales), Drew Hendriks of Alice Springs Realty (32) and Jo-Anne Pulsford of Nutrien Harcourts Alice Springs (29) rounded out the top five agents for sales in regional NT’s top 20 performers.
