Former Miss World Australia and SAS Australia contestant Erin Holland has put her Brisbane investment property up for rent.
The four-bedroom, one-bathroom house at 13 Princess St, Cannon Hill, is listed for lease for $625 a week through Place – Kangaroo Point.
Records show Ms Holland paid $745,000 for the property in 2019.
She recently moved to Sydney with her husband, cricketer Ben Cutting, but returned to Brisbane before Sydney went into lockdown.
They have a house in Hawthorne.
The Cannon Hill rental property has a number of living spaces across two storeys, and has been recently painted inside and recarpeted.
The ground floor features a laundry/kitchenette, separate toilet, extensive storage space and secure parking for four vehicles with automated gated entry.
It’s close to a park and bowling green and within walking distance of Cannon Hill State School and St. Oliver Plunkett Primary School.
Ms Holland exited SAS Australia this week after two days in the competition — the second contestant to voluntarily quit after Brynne Edelsten threw in the towel on day one.
The reality show features other celebrities, including Alicia Molik, John Steffensen, Manu Feildel and Mark Philippoussis.
