An electrician from Sydney’s east will fight allegations of rape and unwanted sexual touching.
Tamarama’s Thomas Bryan, 31, faced Central Local Court on Tuesday where he pleaded not guilty to one count of sexual intercourse without consent and one count of sexual touching without consent.
The Crown will allege Bryan sexually assaulted a woman last year, court documents state.
On Tuesday, Bryan successfully sought to have his bail conditions eased to have his curfew condition removed to allow him to take after-hours call outs in his job as an electrician.
The court heard he could be on bail for “quite a significant time” while awaiting trial, and that he’d also changed addresses.
He will remain on bail and will next face the Downing Centre District Court for arraignment on July 25.
