From sledging their dance moves to questioning footy team allegiances, constituents have brutally ranked their local politicians courtesy of Google Reviews.
Here are some of the funniest and most outrageous ratings from across NSW.
SCOTT MORRISON
4 stars 58 reviews
While his Cook electorate office does not feature on Google Reviews, Kirribilli House is another story.
“Came here to vizit scomo mayte,” remarked one cool commentator.
The architecture of the historic home was universally admired but some are concerned the Prime Minister isn’t using the real estate to its full potential while he is away in Canberra.
“Why isn’t this on Airbnb?” demanded one commenter.
“I think the landlord is a bit prejudice – he wouldn’t let me rent the place. It’s a bit far from the city for my taste anyway,” remarked another.
ANTHONY ALBANESE
3.2 stars 28 reviews
The Opposition leader’s Marrickville office is very popular on Google.
But one constituent was quite concerned about the aspiring Prime Minister’s failure to showcase his dancing skills and rated him one star.
“Doesn’t know how to do the Wombat Wobble,” they wrote.
However, many came rushing to his defence.
“Awesome lad and DJ,” reads one of many five star reviews.
TANYA PLIBERSEK
3.5 stars 8 reviews
The veteran Labor politician was no doubt confused by this reviewer who seemed to question both her political allegiance and footy team while simultaneously giving her the thumbs up with five stars.
“Greens political parties. Blues supporters,” he wrote accusingly on the listing for her Redfern office.
JENNY LEONG
4.1 stars 9 reviews
One loyal supporter of the Greens MP for Newtown bestowed upon her a great honour, rating her second only to his favourite beer.
“The only true representative of Newtown. Outside of Young Henry’s,” he proclaimed.
“A rare real deal politician, representing her constituents,” another review commented.
JASON FALINSKI
2.6 stars 18 reviews
There were some harsh words with little explanation for the Member for Mackellar.
“Not a good bro. Not a fan, would not recommend,” wrote one man on the Narrabeen electorate office page.
However, another constituent, who identified himself as a grandfather, strongly disagreed.
“A very nice boy who deserves to be MP for 20 years,” he declared.
TIM CRAKANTHORP
3.6 stars 11 reviews
The Newcastle MP won himself a voter for life after he went above and beyond to solve a problem involving a noisy manhole cover outside this constituent’s home.
“I called Mr Crakanthorp‘s office on a Friday arvo and had the matter escalated. By Monday morning the problem had been fixed. This is a life changing development,” gushed the reviewer.
It seems Mr Crakanthorp won’t have to look far to anoint his successor with multiple reviews left naming his son Oscar as an exemplary young man.
CRAIG KELLY
2.6 stars 136 reviews
Another politician to have a good Samaritan act revealed was divisive United Australia Party member Craig Kelly.
A woman tracked down the Member for Hughes via Google to pass on her gratitude.
“Hi Craig I’m not sure if you remember it was a few years ago now I was broken down on the freeway with a flat tire and you stopped to help me because my husband couldn’t make it,” she wrote.
“Just want to say thank you very much.”
However the positive review was drowned out by a multitude of one star ratings of the Sutherland electorate office, most of them objecting to the mass texts sent out which encouraged distrust of Covid vaccines.
“Go away Craig, stop texting,” said one person.
“Where’d you get my number mate?” demanded another.
DOMINIC PERRTTOT
3.2 stars 65 reviews
The new Premier has been warmly welcomed with multiple reviewers sending their congratulations on the impending birth of his seventh child.
However one disgruntled constituent called into question his geographical knowledge of the state.
“Does not know where Windsor is!” she exclaimed.
Another just wanted an answer on the not-so-local wildlife.
“I’m in his electorate, but cannot get a direct answer about the brumbies!!”
TANYA DAVIES
4.6 stars out of 64 reviews
The former Minister for Women has one of the highest ratings among NSW politicians on Google with an impressive average score of 4.6 stars out of 64 reviews.
The sentiments towards the Mulgoa MP were summed up succinctly by one impressed constituent.
“You go girl,” she wrote.
RON HOENIG
3.8 stars 10 reviews
While most politicians simply ignored their detractors, the Heffron MP was not about to let a one star review, which was delivered without an explanation, slide.
“This person has had more than 50 interactions with me and my office in about a year. He keeps coming back for help, which we do irrespective of how he votes,” Mr Hoenig said.
However the veteran politician had many fans, including this glowing five star reviewer.
“Staunch South Sydney Rabbitohs supporter, good bloke,” summed up the satisfied constituent.
ADAM CROUCH
3.5 stars 8 reviews
Sick of getting lumped in with those schmucks from Sydney when it comes to Covid restrictions?
No worries, the Terrigal MP is coming to the rescue.
“Thank you Adam for separating the Central Coast from the Greater Sydney Region,” wrote one happy camper.
SUSAN TEMPLEMAN
3.5 stars 6 reviews
If you were thinking of making an appointment to visit the Macquarie MP in her Windsor electorate office, don’t expect her to roll out the red carpet.
A one star review took a vicious swipe at the quality of the refreshments served during a recent visit.
“Coffee was abysmal,” the review read.
