Matthew Doyle: Wife Kelsea Doyle supports cocaine kingpin in court
Although Matthew Doyle is facing a life sentence, his wife appears to be sticking by him as she showed up for his latest court appearance today. The eastern suburbs partyboy was at the centre of a plot to bring 300kg of cocaine into the country.

The eastern suburbs schoolboy who fancied himself as the cocaine king of Sydney and now faces life in jail was supported by his wife in court for the first time today.
Former property developer Matthew Doyle and wife Kelsea were popular features on the eastern suburbs social scene before police uncovered his plot to bring 50kg of cocaine into Australia each week.
Kelsea Doyle yesterday attended the Downing Centre District Court as partner Matthew awaits sentencing over the plot hatched by him and his party boy mates Jared Hart and Raoul Kesby.
However, she has been absent at her husband’s court date until Friday’s hearing. She is not accused of any wrongdoing
The former fashion designer PR supremo has been living at the couple’s $2 million home in Burraneer since Doyle was taken into custody last year.
Doyle appeared in person while his two co-accused were beamed into the court via audio-visual link.
The Doyles had a number of investments together prior to Matthew’s downfall, however, Kelsea has not been charged with any offence.
The group have all pleaded guilty to their roles in importing 300kg of cocaine into the country in an international.
They will all be sentenced at a later date.
