Barry Nguyen charged over alleged Kings Cross nightclub brawl
A 25-year-old man has been charged over his alleged involvement in a brawl at a Kings Cross nightclub. He is the third person charged in relation to the incident.

An eastern suburbs man has been granted bail following his arrest for his alleged role in a brawl at a licensed premises in Sydney.
Barry Mackie Nguyen, 25, of Vaucluse, is the third man charged as investigations continue into the alleged brawl at a Kings Cross nightclub.
Nguyen pleaded not guilty to affray at Downing Centre Local Court on Wednesday.
The Vaucluse man was arrested and charged with affray on Tuesday.
In a statement, a NSW police spokesman said up to 10 men were allegedly involved in a brawl at a nightclub on Bayswater Rd, Potts Point just after midnight on February 19.
A 51-year-old male staff member who attempted to disperse the crowd was allegedly struck and injured.
Officers from Kings Cross Police Area Command were later notified of the incident and began an investigation under Strike Force Chamaeleon.
Since the investigation began, two men, aged 30 and 37, have been arrested and charged. They remain before the courts.
Detectives from Strike Force Chamaeleon released CCTV images on March 24 of a man they said may be able to assist with their investigation. He was described as being of solid build, with dark hair and black facial hair.
The independent Liquor & Gaming Authority forced Maali Nightclub to close for 58-hours the week following the brawl, due to concerns the venue presented “a significant threat to public health or safety”.
The short-term closure order was based on an application by Kings Cross Police Area Command in response to the “violent brawl” involving several patrons inside the venue in the early hours of February 19.
Following extensive inquiries, Nguyen was taken to Kings Cross police station about 11am Tuesday, where he was charged with affray.
At Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday Magistrate Derek Price granted Nguyen bail under the condition he report to Rose Bay police station three times a week, live at his residence at Vaucluse, comply with a curfew between 10pm and 5am, not take drugs, alcohol or enter Kings Cross.
Investigations are continuing under Strike Force Chamaeleon.
