A second person has been charged with murder over the fatal shooting of a man in the NSW Riverina.

A second person has been charged with murder over the fatal shooting of a man in the NSW Riverina last month.
Taskforce detectives stopped a 23-year-old man in a vehicle at about 8.15am on Wednesday on the Olympic Highway, near Kincaid Street in north west Wagga Wagga.
The man was arrested and charged with murder, special aggravated break and enter and committing a serious indictable offence with a weapon.
He was refused bail at Wagga Wagga Police Station and will face court on Wednesday.
The June 9 shooting occurred on Connorton Ave in west Wagga Wagga with emergency services called to the scene at about 3am over reports a man had been shot during an altercation.
Police and paramedics located the 37-year-old but despite desperate attempts to save his life he died at the scene.
Last month, a 35-year-old man was charged with murder and special aggravated break and enter as well as committing a serious indictable offence.
A 28-year-old woman was also charged with being an accessory to special aggravated break and enter and of not disclosing the identity of a driver/passenger.
Both cases remain before the courts.
The 23-year-old was refused bail to appear before Bail Division Court on Wednesday.
